1. Acceptance
By accessing the CJM.dev storefront you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Delivery
All products are digital FiveM resources. Delivery is handled automatically by Tebex after a successful purchase. Make sure the in-game account details you provide are accurate before completing checkout.
3. Payments
All payments, billing support, and merchant of record responsibilities are handled by Tebex Limited. Charges appear on your statement as TEBEX or a related descriptor.
4. License
Purchasing a package grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource on your own FiveM server. Redistribution, resale, leaking, or sharing of the source code is strictly prohibited.
5. Refunds
Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered. Refund or payment disputes can be reviewed through Tebex support if a payment failed or a duplicate charge occurred.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to reverse engineer protections, abuse our infrastructure, or use our products to violate FiveM's or Rockstar's terms.
7. Disclaimer
Products are provided 'as is' without warranty. CJM.dev is not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from use of the resources.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the storefront after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
