Refund Policy

Digital goods
All CJM.dev packages are digital resources delivered instantly after checkout. Once a product has been delivered to your account it is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
Payment issues
If a payment failed, you were charged twice, or you did not receive your package, open a support ticket with Tebex with your order ID — they handle billing and will issue a refund where applicable.
Defective or broken resources
If a resource is broken on a supported FiveM artifact build, reach out on Discord with reproduction steps. We will issue a fix or, where a fix is not feasible, request a refund on your behalf via Tebex.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in license revocation across our resources.
